PLEASE NOTE - Purchasers must be 18 or over, or purchasing with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1. We will endeavour to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but please understand that on rare occasions, unavoidable delays may occur, and it may take longer. If this happens, rest assured we will contact you with an update on your expected shipping time, and give you the option to cancel the order, with a full refund.
   
   
2. Shipping charges are quoted directly from NPX Couriers, and are subject to change without notice. In the event the shipping charge is greater than you have been quoted, we will contact you to allow you to cancel the order, or arrange extra shipping payment.
   
   
3. A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent when package has been shipped.
4. We do not accept money orders and personal cheques.
   
   
5. We will only ship to billing addresses! NO EXCEPTIONS! Orders with non-matching billing addresses will not be processed.
   
   
6. All sales are final. We will only accept returns in cases where the goods are faulty.
   
   
7. We track all IP addresses and report fraudulent activity. Please keep in mind, fraud is a serious offence.
