- Shipping Policy:
- All sales are final. We will only accept returns in cases where the goods are faulty.
- Currently we ship via courier for order within the Republic of Ireland.
- We will endeavour to process and ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment, but please understand that on rare occasions, unavoidable delays may occur, and it may take longer. If this happens, rest assured we will contact you with an update on your expected shipping time, and give you the option to cancel the order, with a full refund.
- A collection Service is available at our office by appointment only. Please place your order online and then schedule a pickup with us by email at info@seairsoft.net.
- Returns:
In the unlikely event of a problem with your purchase, SE Airsoft undertake, where possible, to replace or repair the item (at our discretion). If this is not possible, we will provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the faulty item, providing said item is in otherwise perfect condition & in original packaging.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of an order must be made prior to dispatch of goods. If cancellation is made after dispatch, goods must be returned unused & in original packaging.

Exceptions -
SE Airsoft will not be held liable to replace/reimburse any customers in the case of the following -
- Cosmetic scratches/damage - Occasionally, some Asian manufactured "clone" guns are issued from the factory with slight cosmetic scratches or damage. We will not be held responsible for such issues.
- Faulty battery / charger - Some Asian manufacturers include cheap batteries and chargers as free "extras" with their guns. These batteries and chargers are usually of low quality, and occasionally prone to failure after sustained use. SE Airsoft will not replace, nor be held liable for any damage caused by these items.
- Low grade bb’s - Cheap low grade bb’s may cause damage to Airsoft guns. We will not be held responsible for such issues.
